It also gives us an idea about permitting requirements and procedures.

High-quality project design and permitting is vital to success of a project. Any fixes are always cheaper on paper than in reality. That's why we manage and review all parts of the project design. Usually we combine international and local teams depending on the project type and scope.

In this stage, we usually assist our clients in other parts of the project, i.e. optimizing the project's funding, selecting and negotiating power purchase agreement (PPA), tricky insurance policy scope, etc.

We usually construct and deliver a turn-key project as an EPC contractor. This way clients have one partner managing and guarantying the overall outcome without necessity to deal with many issues and risks.

Part of our job and delivery is a smooth project commissioning, which can be easy in some projects, but also a very complex and difficult issue in others. We plan each detail and support our clients. Part of this stage are also all technical checks and reviews as well as performance tests.

We support our clients in smooth transition to the project's operation and maintenance (O&M) stage. We also help to select the most suitable operating model for the client, which differs based on the project type and situation of the client.
